All  Ireland  Inter-County  4-Aside  Team  Championship

Co. Down inter county 4-aside 9-ball pool team was crowned champions in frames snooker & pool club in Belfast  last weekend defeating Co. Tyrone (A) in a great entertaining final. This great victory gives the Co. Down men  there second inter county championship victory in the 2006 season going alongside there 8-aside  title win in Mahon’s Hotel in Co. Fermanagh earlier in the season..

Once again seen these prestigious 4-aside inter county team championships played in a round format with Down progressing to the final coming through Avery tough group and semi-final match where they were victorious over Tyrone (A) who put up a great battle in a hard fought final…

Co. Down’s winning team was Declan Mc Mahon, Tristan Byrne, Kieran Mc Mahon and Manny Byrne…..
